The present invention relates to chocolate manufactured using broken nut products and a method for manufacturing the same. More specifically, chocolate is manufactured by: collecting broken nut products generated during the production of nut products such as nuts, walnuts, almonds and the like, and grinding the broken nut products into powder; mixing rice flour, glutinous rice flour and popped rice; molding the mixture into globules with enhanced moldability and coating properties; and coating chocolate materials on the same. |
