A hose coupler having: a first sleeve with a first mating end and a first connector end for a tank or hose; a second sleeve with a second mating end and a second connector end for a tank or hose; a cam lock arm on one of the first and second mating ends and a cam receiver on the other of the first and second mating ends; a first part associated with the first sleeve and a second part associated with the second sleeve; in which the first and second parts are rotatable relative to one another between a first position in which the first and second sleeve are separable in an axial direction and a second position in which the first and second parts interlock to prevent axial separation of the first and second sleeves. |
