The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for manufacturing healthy and functional feed for poultry using starfish and effective microorganism enzymes and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing healthy and functional feed for poultry by deodorizing, drying, and grinding starfish, mixing the starfish with rice bran and corn flour, adding an effective microorganism concentrate, fermenting and aging the mixed powder, adding starch to the powder, and then making the powder into pills with the size of pearl barley; and to an apparatus for the same. The present invention comprises the following steps: sorting raw ingredients; spraying a diluted citric acid solution to remove a fishy smell of starfish; deodorizing and drying the starfish by putting a composition consisting of tourmaline, elvan, pozzolan, olivine, and silica, and the starfish into a rotary drum dryer; separating the dried starfish from the composition; grinding the dried starfish; adding a culture medium of effective microorganisms to the starfish powder, rice bran, and corn flour; fermenting and aging the mixed starfish powder; adding starch to the aged powder, then stirring and kneading the same; and making the dough into pills with the size of pearl barley. To manufacture the feed of the present invention, the manufacturing apparatus comprises a tumbler washing machine having a spray system, a drum-rotating drier, a starfish separator, a screw transferring device, a screw grinder, a mixing stirrer, an aging and fermenting room, an agitator, and an automatic screw device for making the pills. |
