The present invention provides an MAC algorithm design method which efficiently copes with a sub channel. By using the method, provided is a concept for designing encryption and decryption, and authentication code generation and verification methods which efficiently cope with a sub channel. An MAC algorithm is designed by inserting a message or generating an authentication code. Encryption and decryption, and authentication code generation and verification are performed by using the designed MAC algorithm and a random block unit encryption or decryption algorithm. |
