摘要 The process for producing a first part (5) having a side formed of a first material and comprising a coating (3) on the side, comprises providing a second part (1) comprising an imprint forming negative of the first part, depositing the coating comprising a first layer on the second part by chemical vapor deposition, physical vapor deposition or electroplating, providing a first metallic material to make the first part as partially amorphous part, and shaping the first material in the imprint of the second part for solidifying the coating on the side of the first part. The process for producing a first part (5) having a side formed of a first material and comprising a coating (3) on the side, comprises providing a second part (1) comprising an imprint forming negative of the first part, depositing the coating comprising a first layer on the second part by chemical vapor deposition, physical vapor deposition or electroplating, providing a first metallic material to make the first part as partially amorphous part, shaping the first material in the imprint of the second part for solidifying the coating on the side of the first part, and separating the first part from the second part to obtain the first part coated by the coating. The first material is subjected: to shaping treatment for making it partially amorphous; and to a temperature that is raised above its melting temperature for allowing local loss of crystal structure, where the raised temperature is followed by cooling at a temperature of less than its glass transition temperature to make it partially amorphous during a casting operation. The shaping of the first material is carried out after having first transformation into a preform, and the preform is subjected to a temperature between the glass transition temperature and the crystallization temperature of the first material. A fastening unit is arranged on the coating to improve an adhesion between the coating and the first part, and comprises a hollow relief protruded on the coating and a fusible intermediate layer arranged between the coating layer and the first part. The relief is prepared by changing the deposition process of the coating and by machining the coating. The coating further comprises a second layer. The coating layer closest to the first part is: an intermediate layer that serves as fastening unit between the coating and the first part; and configured for accelerating process of inter-diffusion of atoms to improve the adhesion of the coating to the first part. The intermediate layer has a chemical affinity with the first material. The process further comprises separating the first part from the second part, and crystallizing the first part to accelerate the inter-diffusion between the atoms of the coating and the first material. The first material is made of a metal alloy.
