Disclosed is an edible composition, which is an oil-in-water (O/W) emulsion comprising from 30 to 38 wt. % water and greater than or equal to 30 wt. % total fat and has a water activity (aw) at 20°C of greater than or equal to 0.80. Further, disclosed are methods of making said edible compositions and edible items comprising the edible compositions.
