The present invention relates to an apparatus of performing an uninterruptible bypassing method for an underground power line. An elbow connector coupled to an end of a cable for connecting a transformer or a switch cannot be structurally bypassed, and a sheath of an underground cable cannot also be separated due to the characteristics thereof. Therefore, while an extension elbow having a multipoint connection function newly created with a structure enabling bypass is applied to a new construction of an underground power line, or a conventional elbow connector is replaced with the extension elbow with an uninterruptible method by a sequential separation and connection method in the case of a conventional underground power line, when uninterruptible construction of the underground power line is required, use of an arbitrary transformer, an arbitrary switch, and a bypass cable may allow the underground power line to be bypassed to temporarily transmit power and to safely perform all works for a corresponding power line in an uninterruptible state. At the same time, a work of separating an insulating cap of the extension elbow and a work of connecting a cable connector of a bypass cable to a multipoint connection pin of the extension elbow may be mechanically performed when a worker operates the switch without a manual operation, thereby enabling the uninterruptible bypassing method for the underground power line without causing an electric shock. |
