The present invention relates to a transfer conveyer apparatus for ashes which comprises: a conveyor body unit consisting of a straight portion and an inclined portion, a body casing for storing cooling water at inner side of the straight portion, a driving shaft installed across inner space of the inclined portion, a driven shaft installed across inner space of the straight portion, and a transport conveyor which is installed to rotate in an endless track way between the driving shaft and the driven shaft, and water-cools ashes supplied into the straight portion of the body casing, to discharge it to the inclined portion; and a shaft housing unit which protrudes outward through the body casing, and individually installed on both side ends of the driven shaft. The shaft housing unit comprises: a fixing flange welding-attached on the outer peripheral surface of a mount of the body casing through which the driven shaft perforates; a base housing which is cylindrical with right and left open sides, and is wedged into the end of outer peripheral surface of the driven shaft, for one side to be fastened to the fixing flange; a housing cover which is fastened to the other open side of the base housing; a first oilless bearing which is fitted to the one side of the end of outer peripheral surface of the driven shaft, and is positioned in the boundary between the inner peripheral surface of the mount and the one side of the inner peripheral surface of the base housing, to prevent leakage from the boundary; and a second oilless bearing which is positioned between the other side of the end of outer peripheral surface of the driven shaft and the other side of the inner peripheral surface of the base housing, to rotate the driven shaft smoothly. |
