Provided are amino-pyridazine compounds of general formula I, where the variables are as defined in the specification. Examples of the compounds include N-(5-(6-(2-(4-Fluorophenyl)-2-methylpropylamino)pyridazin-3-yl)-1H-indazol-3-yl)acetamide and 4-Fluoro-3-(6-(((trans)-3-fluoro-1-(3-fluoropyridin-2-yl)cyclobutyl)methylamino)pyridazin-3-yl)benzamide. The compounds modulate the troponin complex of the fast skeletal muscle sarcomere. The compounds may be useful in the treatment of neuromuscular disorders, conditions of muscle wasting, muscular myopathies, rehabilitation related deficits, peripheral vascular disease, peripheral arterial disease, frailty, muscle atrophy and fatigue, metabolic syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome and obesity. Further provided are processes for the preparation of the compounds, compositions comprising the compounds and uses thereof. |
