PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance heat insulating performance of a refrigerator body and relatively easily achieve the configuration.SOLUTION: A refrigerator of this invention includes a refrigerator body 1 arranged to sandwich a box-shaped heat insulating wall body 4 between an inner case 3 and an outer case 2, and the box-shaped heat insulating wall body 4 is constituted by combining two or more vacuum heat insulating panels 5-9. The refrigerator further includes a separation part 27 provided in a jointed portion of the two adjacent vacuum heat insulating panels 8 and 9, and connection means 28 arranged to penetrate through the outside and the inside of the refrigerator body 1.
