a display screen; and a touch sensor with a front panel that is positioned to be touchable by a body member and that comprises:
a transparent conductive electrode;a transparent insulating layer;a transparent substrate between the transparent conductive electrode and the transparent insulating layer; anda high resistance layer between the transparent substrate and the transparent insulating layer and having a surface resistivity that is between 1 and 100 MΩ/□;the front panel having a luminous transmittance that is at least 80% of light from the display screen.
