A terminal device is provided with a reception unit that receives down-link control information from a base station device, wherein the terminal device, in the case of a predetermined transmission mode, demodulates a down-link common channel addressed to the device on the basis of an electric power offset between the transmission electric power of the device and the transmission electric power of another device in a down-link common channel included in the down-link control information.
