A photovoltaic air conditioner comprises: an air conditioning load (11); an inverter circuit (12), wherein an alternating-current side of the inverter circuit (12) is respectively connected to the air conditioning load (11) and a utility grid (16), and a direct-current side of the inverter circuit (12) is connected to a photovoltaic cell panel (15) and is used for converting a direct current output by the photovoltaic cell panel (15) into an alternating current required by the working of the air conditioning load (11); a rectification circuit (13) connected between the inverter circuit (12) and the utility grid (16) and used for converting an alternating current output by the utility grid (16) into a direct current; and a relay (14), wherein moving locations of a movable contact of the relay (14) comprise a first location (A) and a second location (B), and in a case where the movable contact is at the first location (A), the alternating current side of the inverter circuit (12) is connected to the air conditioning load (11), and in the case where the movable contact is at the second location (B), the alternating current side of the inverter circuit (12) is connected to the utility grid (16).Further disclosed is a photovoltaic air conditioning system of the photovoltaic air conditioner. The structure reduces the cost of a photovoltaic air conditioning system.
