Disclosed is a communication product (100), comprising a remote radio unit RRU (10) and an installation piece (30); the installation piece (30) comprises a fixation part (32) for installing and fixing the RRU (10) onto a fixture, and further comprises a ventilation part (34) and an air supplying part (36); the air supplying part (36) is provided with an air source therein; the ventilation part (34) is connected between the fixation part (32) and the air supplying part (36), and is provided with a ventilation duct therein; the ventilation duct communicates the air supplying part (36) with the RRU (10), such that an air flow generated by the air source flows through the ventilation duct to reach the RRU (10) to dissipate the heat of the RRU. The communication product has a small volume while ensuring a heat dissipation ability. Also provided is a base station system comprising the communication product.
