an elongated shaft extending along a longitudinal axis from a first end to a second end and comprising an inner surface defining a passageway, the first end comprising an adapter comprising an inner surface defining a first opening that is in communication with the passageway, the second end comprising a second opening that is in communication with the passageway, the shaft comprising a mixing portion between the first and second ends; and a connector comprising a central portion that that is coupled to the adapter, the central portion comprising an inner surface defining a channel that is in communication with the first opening, the connector comprising first and second ports that extend from the central portion, the first port comprising an inner surface defining a first lumen that is in communication with the channel, the second port comprising an inner surface defining a second lumen that is in communication with the channel.
