Provided are a reduced-stretchability multilayer tube and a manufacturing method therefor. The method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a first layer, a second layer, and a third layer of a tube; introducing the first layer into the third layer; vulcanizing the first layer and the third layer, stretching the first layer and the third layer in a direction roughly parallel to the lengthwise direction thereof; introducing the second layer into the vulcanized first layer and third layer for vulcanization. This allows the stretchability of the multilayer tube to be effectively reduced while retaining its rebound resilience, thus enhancing the use performance of the multilayer tube.
