Disclosed is a hood latch for a dual unlocking function. According to the present invention, the hood latch for a dual unlocking function includes: a base including a moving groove unit guiding a movement of a striker and fixed to a vehicle body; a latch gear rotationally installed on the base to control the striker moving through the moving groove unit and including multiple hanging units; a foul rotationally installed on the base and limiting the rotation of the latch gear by being engaged with the latch gear; a first adhesion unit protruding from the side of the foul and rotating with the foul by having a first friction unit on the surface; a rotary gear unit installed in front of the foul to rotate by being separated from the first adhesion unit; and a second adhesion unit installed in the rotary gear unit to rotate while being connected to an operation cable and being elastically supported to be far from the first adhesion unit, wherein the second adhesion unit has a second friction unit on the surface facing the first friction unit. |
