The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing extracted liquor using Tremella fuciformis. More specifically, the extracted liquor using Tremella fuciformis is manufactured through: an extraction step of adding 5-20% of pretreated frozen Tremella fuciformis, on the basis of the weight, to a solution with 35% alcohol density in which ethanol is diluted with water, and soaking the same in the solution at 20-25°C for one month; a filtration step of filtering the extracted solution to remove the Tremella fuciformis; and an aging step of aging the filtered solution at 20-25°C for two months. The purpose of the present invention is to create a high added value and provide extracted liquor containing beneficial ingredients to consumers, by utilizing the efficacy and functional components of Tremella fuciformis to the maximum so that the taste of Tremella fuciformis extracted liquor goes well together. |
