Provided is a weighing and cutting system which suppresses variations in the weights of cut dough pieces according to the change of the weight of continuous dough. This weighing and cutting system (1) for cutting continuous dough into dough pieces having a predetermined target cut weight comprises an inlet conveyor (2), a weighing conveyor (4), a cutting device (6), and a controller (16). The inlet conveyor (2) has a first inlet conveyor (10), a weighing unit (12), and a second inlet conveyor (14). The controller (16) continuously determines the weight per predetermined unit length of the continuous dough using the weighing unit (12), and on the basis of the weight per unit length, determines the advancing speed of the inlet conveyor (2) such that a predetermined number of times of cutting per unit time is achieved. |
