Disclosed are a method and apparatus for sending response information and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: determining hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) timing corresponding to a downlink subframe, the downlink subframe being a downlink subframe requiring feedback of HARQ-ACK response information and located on a frequency division duplexing (FDD) downlink spectrum or an FDD uplink spectrum; and sending the HARQ-ACK response information corresponding to the downlink subframe according to the determined HARQ timing.
