The invention relates to a dispersion containing dispersing agent (phase I) and a dispersed liquid phase II, characterized in that both phases I and II contain an additional dispersed phase III and in that said dispersed phase III comprises an active separating agent. The invention further relates to a method for producing said dispersion and to the use thereof as or for the production of paints, colors, polymer dispersions, and separating agents.
