摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple contact type spring device which solves a defect of the multiple contact type spring by improving the output torque of winding back to the winding input torque of a spring, and extends a life so as not to concentrate stress on a tip end portion of an outer peripheral spring plate; and a multiple contact type spring which can be effectively used for the multiple contact type spring device.SOLUTION: In a multiple contact type spring device, a multiple contact type spring to which a spring core portion is hooked so as to wind around the rotary shaft is stored, in a box body equipped with a rotary shaft at a center portion. The multiple contact type spring is formed with an adhesion layer multiple contacted on an outer peripheral part, and a tip end of the outermost outer peripheral spring plate is directly or indirectly attached and fixed to the box body. In the multiple contact type spring device, on the winding side rather than a spring tip fixing portion, between the outer peripheral spring plate and the next lower peripheral spring plate under that, a pillow member expanding a clearance between them is interposed. The spring tip fixing portion is disposed so as to become a force point using the pillow member as a fulcrum, thereby lifting up the outer peripheral spring plate from the next lower peripheral spring plate under that. By lifting up, a groove-shaped peripheral edge cavity is held in an arc-shape between the spring plates on an outer periphery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
