The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device including a light absorption layer and a method for manufacturing the same. According to one aspect of the present invention, the organic light emitting display device includes: a gate on which a light absorption layer is selectively located; a source electrode and a drain electrode on which the light absorption layer is selectively located; and a shielding layer on which the light absorption layer is selectively located. In addition, the light absorption layer absorbing external light is formed on any one from the gate, the source electrodes, the drain electrodes or the shielding layer wherein the light absorption layer comprises a metallic oxide or an alloy oxide of which an extinction coefficient of a complex refractive index is greater than or equal to 0.4. |
