The present invention relates to a method for providing bus information, which is capable of providing a guiding service with regard to a bus line, based on the bus stop where a user is located. The method includes: a first step for providing information regarding starting point and destination to a server; and a second step for displaying guide information which includes at least one bus line on the path from the starting point to the destination, after being provided with the guide information from the server. The starting point can be input by the user, as the user inputs a bus stop code marked on the bus stop where he/she is located or can also be input from more than one bus stop code displayed on a smart device. According to the present invention, by accurately designating the location of a bus stop where a user is located without position location errors, a route guidance service with regard to such information on bus lines, etc. can be provided. |
