A method for rapidly diagnosing a citrus yellow shoot disease, comprising the steps of dark treatment, leaf freezing, decoloration and coloration detection. By removing chlorophyll and residual starch in leaves, the method realizes direct coloration on the leaves without mixing with water and grinding, thereby being beneficial to rapidly and accurately diagnosing the citrus yellow shoot disease.
