Disclosed are a catalyst composition for the production of hydrocarbons and a method for producing hydrocarbons. Specifically, using a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalyst, which contains manganese carbonate and one or more metals having Fischer-Tropsch reactivity, and zeolite that forms a solid acid, a gasoline fraction having excellent selectivity for high-octane components such as aromatic hydrocarbons, naphthene hydrocarbons, olefin hydrocarbons and branched paraffin hydrocarbons can be efficiently obtained from a synthetic gas, while having high CO conversion rate and being reduced in the generation of gas components. |
