Methods for classifying patients as responders or non-responders to treatment of a disease and predicting recurrence of disease in a patient using audio tunes are provided.

1. A method of classifying a patient suffering from a disease as a responder or a non-responder to a selected treatment for the disease, said method comprising analyzing a sample from the patient using an RNA, DNA or protein microarray;
filtering a data set generated from the microarray; assigning an audio tune and/or sound frequency pattern capturing the filtered data to the patient; and classifying the patient as a responder or a non-responder utilizing the audio tune and/or sound frequency pattern.
