The present invention relates to a roasting grill using heat and hot steam that roasts an object to be cooked, such as meat, etc., by heat and hot steam through an upper cooking plate that is seated on the upper portion of a lower main body. More specifically, heat inducing elements (11) are radially mounted on the bottom of the lower main body (100) at an equal angle, each of which has: a heat hole (12) vertically formed through the heat inducing element; and a heat inducing plate (13) installed on one side of the upper portion of the heat hole so as to be inclined in the circumferential direction, wherein the heat inducing plate induces heat in the circumferential direction to form a vortex. Accordingly, the heat can be uniformly distributed, and the upper cooking plate can be uniformly heated thanks to the vortex phenomenon, which makes it possible to solve a problem in that part of an object to be cooked may be properly cooked but another part thereof may be improperly cooked and to uniformly cook the object on the whole, thereby providing excellent efficiency of use. |
