An anti-thermal-radiation NTC temperature sensor, comprising a test rod (1) contacting a surface of an object to be tested; a cavity (11) housing a thermistor (2) is provided in an axial direction of the test rod (1), and the thermistor (2) is pressed against an upper wall of the cavity (11) of the test rod (1); the thermistor (2) is connected to an external testing device via a wire (8). The temperature sensor can be used for measuring the temperature of the bottom of a pot, having high accuracy of temperature measurement and a quick response, and being able to prevent surrounding thermal radiation from affecting temperature measurement. |
