Disclosed is a backlight module (10), comprising a rubber frame (11), a back frame (12) and a positioning block (14), wherein the positioning block (14) is fixed on an external surface of side walls of the back frame (12), a supporting part of the rubber frame (11) is arranged on the back frame (12), a first positioning hole (113) corresponding to the positioning block (14) is arranged on side walls of the rubber frame (11) and the positioning block (14) is embedded in the first positioning hole (113) to fix the rubber frame (11) with the back frame (12). Further disclosed is a liquid crystal display device having the backlight module. The backlight module and the liquid crystal display device realize the positioning of the rubber frame (11) and an external frame (20) while realizing a narrow bezel design and improve the overall heat dissipation efficiency of the backlight module. |
