PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentrating solar cell module having high heat dissipation properties and high photoelectric conversion efficiency, and a method of manufacturing the concentrating solar cell module.SOLUTION: The concentrating solar cell module includes: a base part 1 having a plurality of mounting regions 5 for mounting solar cells 3, and a plurality of lead electrodes 6 for electrically connecting the solar cells 3 to external electrodes; a support 2 molded from a thermosetting resin so as to surround each of the mounting regions 5 of the base part 1; the solar cells 3 mounted on the mounting regions 5; and a condenser lens 4 molded above each of the mounting regions 5 so as to seal each of the solar cells 3. The surface of the mounting regions 5 of the base part 1 is plated, and the condenser lens 4 is molded from a transparent thermosetting silicone resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
