PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control power of an uplink in a situation that uplink transmission and random access preamble are transmitted in the same transmission time interval or a situation that plural random access preambles are transmitted.SOLUTION: Power for an uplink common channel (PUSCH) transmission in a first component carrier belonging to a first timing advance group and power for random access channel (PRACH) transmission in a second component carrier belonging to a second timing advance group are determined. When the total transmission power exceeds the maximum transmission power value PMAX set in a terminal device at an overlap portion between the PUSCH transmission and the PRACH transmission, the power for the PUSCH transmission is adjusted so that the total transmission power does not exceed PMAX.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
