摘要 A displacement current compensation circuit is provided for diverting a displacement current, which flows between a collector and a base of a transistor when a supply voltage for the transistor transitions to a different value. The displacement current compensation circuit includes an inverting amplifier connected to the voltage source, the voltage source being configured to provide the supply voltage to the collector of the transistor; and a coupling network configured to couple an output of the inverting amplifier to the base of the transistor. The inverting amplifier is configured to divert the displacement current from the base of the transistor through the coupling network into the output of the inverting amplifier, thereby preventing the displacement current from entering the base of the transistor.
