Provided is a stopper for a slide fastener, the stopper being configured so that a reduction in sealing properties due to the insertion and extraction of a slider can be prevented as much as possible. A stopper for a slide fastener is provided with: an elastically deformable stopper body (3a) affixed to a pair of tapes (11, 11). The stopper body is provided with: an annular receiving body (31) surrounding a connection column (23) from the outer peripheral side to receive the connection column (23), the connection column (23) connecting the pair of wing plates (21, 22) of a slider, the annular receiving body (31) including an openable and closable inlet section (31i) through which the connection column is inserted into and extracted from a column receiving hole (31h) formed inside the receiving body; and a pair of raised walls (32, 32) extending along the entire circumference of the receiving body and raised from both surfaces, in the direction in which the receiving hole extends, of the receiving body, the pair of raised walls being in close contact with the pair of wing plates. Each of the raised walls is provided with a recess (32h) located at the center thereof in the inside-outside direction. |
