The present invention provides a display device including: a first substrate; a pixel defining film defining a pixel region on the first substrate; a first electrode disposed in the pixel region; a light emitting layer disposed on the first electrode; a second electrode disposed on the light emitting layer; a second substrate disposed to face the first substrate; and a light scattering layer overlapping the pixel defining layer and not overlapping the light emitting layer. The display device can improve a viewing angle characteristic without affecting light extraction efficiency of a front surface thereof and adjust the viewing angle characteristic in accordance with a size of the display device, thereby realizing a product with high reliability.
