Provided is a flow rate adjustment device capable of making the structure thereof simple and appropriately adjusting a flow rate of a fluid without requiring highly accurate working. The flow rate adjustment device is provided with: a casing 3 having a flow inlet and a flow outlet 2 for a fluid; a shield plate 5 that is disposed in the casing 3 so as to reciprocate while sliding along an opening portion of one of the flow inlet and the flow outlet 2, and that is provided with a flow rate adjustment port 4 that spreads toward one movement direction, the shield plate restricting a flow rate of a circulating fluid with overlapped parts of an opening portion 2a and the flow rate adjustment port 4; and a driving means 6 disposed in the casing 3 for causing the shield plate 5 to reciprocate. |
