The invention relates to a steam blower box for applying a paper, paperboard, tissue or other fibrous material web (1) in a machine for the production and/or refinement thereof with steam, wherein at least one steam-filled pressure chamber (2) of the steam blower box is connected to one or more nozzles directed at the fibrous material web (1).
