PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfume compound capable of providing peel-like feeling suggestive of citrus peel to drink and food, and a novel flavor adding and promoting agent containing the compound, and a flavor adding and promoting agent composition containing the flavor adding and promoting agent.SOLUTION: (Z)-pentadecanal (of which positions of double bounds are 7 to 10) can add and promote flavor property such as peel-like fresh feeling providing an image of citrus peel by adding super fine amount and is useful as a flavor adding and promoting agent or a blending raw material of a flavor adding and promoting agent composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
