PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information processing device and method that can efficiently use a radio resource.SOLUTION: An information processing device transmits a packet by using radio communication. The information processing device has a controller for controlling to transmit a packet by using radio communication. The controller of the information processing device controls to select one physical header candidate from plural physical header candidates.
