An air-conditioning control device according to the present embodiment controls an air-conditioning facility, wherein the air-conditioning control device is provided with a schedule generation unit and a memory unit. The schedule generation unit generates an operation schedule on the basis of power unit cost information and the energy consumption of a preliminary operation for causing the temperature of a room adjusted by the air-conditioning facility to be substantially equalized with a predetermined setting temperature. In the operation schedule, the start time of the preliminary operation and the load of the air-conditioning facility during the preliminary operation are defined so that the electricity charges resulting from the preliminary operation are reduced. The memory unit stores the operation schedule. |
