PURPOSE:To make repeating movements possible which has a unit of holding only by a static state after a piezoelectric type actuator is subjected to a reciprocating motion by a rather simple constitution, by providing a transformer interposed between a DC power source and a piezoelectric type actuator, and a first and a second power control circuits which are specified respectively. CONSTITUTION:The title equipment is provided with a transformer 2 interposed between a DC power source 1 and a piezoelectric type actuator 5, and the following power control circuits. A first power control circuit 10 is inserted into the primary side of the transformer 2, closes the primary circuit of the transformer 2 when a pulsive driving signal of variable period is input, detects a current, i1 flowing in the primary circuit, compares it with a changeable set value, and breaks the primary circuits when the detected current reaches a set value. A second power control circuit 20 is connected in parallel to the first power control circuit 10, detects an oscillating voltage Vc which appears at the cut-off point when the primary circuit is broken, and closes the primary circuit at a specified time point within one period in which the oscillating voltage Vc begins to oscillate and a half periods passes. |
