POWER GENERATION/CONSUMPTION SYSTEM

A power generation/consumption system wherein at least a wind power generation device (2) and a solar power generation device (3) are installed on a mega-float (1), a hydrogen gas/oxygen gas manufacturing device (4) that subjects water to electrolysis using the electricity generated by the generation devices (2, 3) is installed on the mega-float (1), a synthesis facility (5) that synthesizes hydrocarbon from the hydrogen gas and carbon dioxide gas is installed on the mega-float (1), and further the mega-float (1) is provided over an ocean off the land between 5° north latitude and 5° south latitude. The system can perform power generation to hydrocarbon synthesis comprehensively.
