Disclosed is an apparatus for separating oil sand using a solvent, comprising: a first stirring tank, a first separator in communication with the stirring tank, a second stirring tank in communication with the bottom of the first separator, the upper portion of the second stirring tank being provided with an inlet for organic solvent II, and a second separator in communication with the bottom of the second stirring tank, the upper portion of the second separator being provided with an outlet for organic solvent I; a helical dryer in communication with the second separator and a condenser in communication with the material outlet of the helical dryer. The apparatus of the present invention continuously performs oil sand extraction, conserves energy consumption and cost, solves the problem of post-extraction solvent recovery from residual sand, and produces little environmental pollution. The solvent can be fully recycled, thereby reducing intermediate steps. The invention is a complete oil sand separating apparatus that can be used at oil sand mine extraction sites. |
