The present invention relates to an apparatus for fostering the growth of a plant. According to the present invention, the apparatus for fostering the growth of a plant comprises: a container part including a conductor; a ground part grounded with the ground surface; and a connection part for connecting the conductor and the ground part. Therefore, the present invention can facilitate the growth of plants and the germination of seeds through a simple and economic apparatus, and can be applied to an edible plant cultivation industry and a floricultural industry. Moreover, environmental pollution caused by the fertilizer use can be solved by reducing the use of fertilizers.
