The invention discloses an uplink access method, a device and a system based on competition. The method includes that at least one uplink access mode selectable for user equipment (UE) is defined and an index corresponding to the at least one uplink access mode is built; an identification (CB-RNTI) for competition access is determined; an uplink access mode for the UE in the uplink access is determined; a base station sends a competition access permission signaling with the identification CB-RNTI on a downlink control channel and informs the UE and the index corresponding to the upper access mode used by the UE; the UE monitors the competition access permission signaling in the downlink control channel through the CB-RNTI, and if the competition access permission signaling is monitored and data are needed to be sent, the uplink access mode adopted by the uplink access is determined according to the index of the uplink access mode carried in the competition access permission signaling. According to the method and the system, the transmission delay of data packets can be effectively reduced. |
