<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wire position adjusting method which makes wire position controlled to form a gap which is parallel to the surface of an object to be heated and appropriate for heat treatment, between the object to be heated and the wire, and a heat treatment method which can suitably heat treating the object to be heated. <P>SOLUTION: The wire position adjusting method includes, in order, a first treatment 52, 53 which generates a potential difference between electrodes by bringing heat generated wire into contact with the electrodes by current conduction, a second treatment 54-56 which acquires position data Da when a potential difference between the electrodes does not generate, and separating the wire from the electrodes while keeping the wire in the current conducted state, a third treatment 57, 58 which generates a voltage difference between the electrodes by bringing the wire into contact with the electrodes, and a fourth treatment 59-61 which obtains position data Db when a potential difference does not generate between the electrodes and separating the wire from the electrodes while keeping the wire in the current conducted state, to obtain wire position adjusting information by means of the treatments, leading to the adjustment of the wire position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
