The present invention relates to a method for producing a fermented Tetragonia tetragonoides (Pall.) Kuntze extract using sugar cane-unrefined natural sugar (muscovado). To this end, the method of the present invention comprises the following steps: naturally drying Tetragonia tetragonoides (Pall.) Kuntze by solar heat in a house after washing and cutting the same; mixing the Tetragonia tetragonoides (Pall.) Kuntze, sugar cane-unrefined natural sugar (muscovado), and common unrefined sugar at a ratio (w/w/w) of 50: 0~50 : 50~0; tightly sealing the fermenting barrel; primarily fermenting the mixture; filtrating the primarily fermented mixture; and secondarily fermenting and aging the mixture. According to the present invention, the production method can be effectively used in pharmaceutical composition and functional health food which are useful for treating and preventing adult disease.
