A material separation apparatus of the present invention comprises: an inlet for inputting a fluid and a particle; an expansion part extended from the inlet, and expanded in one direction; an activation part extended from the expansion part, and separating the particle; and a collecting part collecting the particle separated from the activation part. The activation part has a width of an inner space 50-100 times bigger the thickness. According to the present invention, the reactivity of an object of interest is increased inside a microfluidic channel to increase the performance of the microfluidic channel. The manufacturing costs is reduced by reducing unnecessarily discarded parts. The performance of a final product can be increased by fitting the reaction surface and the inner surface of the channel to have the same height inside the microfluidic channel. |
