The present invention relates to a cowl top cover structure having an air duct with a fan and, more specifically, to an inner structure of a vehicle, which prevents undesired fluid from flowing into an air conditioning hole by applying an air duct with a fan to the air conditioning hole formed in a cowl top cover. According to the present invention, the cowl top cover structure having an air duct with a fan comprises: an air duct which is connected to completely cover the air conditioning holes; one or more opening parts which are formed in the air duct; and air duct fans which are installed to adhere to the opening parts, respectively. |
