The present invention relates to a brassiere and a method for manufacturing a brassiere. According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a method for manufacturing a brassiere comprising: a step 1) for preparing an elastic material layer which is formed of at least one material among a sponge, a non-woven fabric, a woven pad, silicone, and includes first and second outer cover layers separately bonded to the front and the rear thereof; a step 2) for charging the elastic material layer to which the first and second outer cover layers are bonded in one side of upper and lower molds for forming a mold cup; a step 3) for forming the mold cup by pressing the upper and lower molds to have a shape including a mound type main body part bent toward the front and slightly protruding, an edge part formed along at least lower edge of the main body part to have a predetermined width, and a recessed part for accommodating a wire formed in one side of the edge part in a longitudinal direction; a step 4) for sewing and combining a wire loop on the upper surface of the recessed part in a longitudinal direction so as to cover the recessed part of the mold cup; a step 5) for inserting a wire into a space of the recessed part covered by the wire loop; and a step 6) for finish sewing processing so as to combine both ends of the wire loop with both ends of the edge part of the mold cup. |
